Please know we are a small company and each item is custom-made for you at the time of ordering. However, we do understand that it is not easy to order online. So please do your due diligence in reviewing sizes, styles and colors before ordering.

• Please be sure to review sizing information which is present on each product page just above the size and color options. You can also find sizing guides on our Size Guide page.
• Please review your order to assure that you have added the correct size and color before submitting your order.
• Please be sure to inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Just Not Happy? We get it…it happens sometimes. We accept returns on all items except items on sale or clearance. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in their original new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. Contact us within 30 days, from the date item was received, to initiate the exchange/refund. Please note the following:

• Any requests received after 30 days, from the receipt of the item, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Received damaged or wrong items?

We are so very sorry! We want to make sure you receive nothing but quality products from our store. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please fill out the Request Form. To speed up the process, please be sure to include photos showing the issue clearly.
