Handling:

Products are custom-made for each customer order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your products to be created.

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times Once Product is Created:

• USA: 3-5 Business Days after shirt is complete
• Canada: 5-10 Business Days after shirt is complete
• Worldwide: 10-20 Business Days after shirt is complete

Standard shipping for orders in the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Please Note: Some of our products are not offered by our primary print provider. We use an alternate print provider for these items so they will be shipped separately.

Shipping Damage or Delays:

United Together is not responsible for damage or delays caused by the shipping provider. As much as we’d like to have control over these things; holidays, weather, and other delays are simply not within our control. We strive to process your order as soon as possible and unfortunately can’t control delays caused by shipping providers.

Order Did Not Arrive:

• Confirm that you had entered the correct address
• If the address was not correct, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it would have to be at your cost.
• If the address was correct, please send us a note via our contact page so we can look into it with our print provider. Please be sure to include your order number and name and address on the order.
• If the shipping provider indicates that the product was delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for a lost shipment.

Please Note: we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping.

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
